Collection of Data

We collect the following information actively:

• The authors first name only, age and country of residence for content created by children. This currently includes submitted jokes and paintings from Pixie Paint. We use this information only for attributing the content to the child in the form "first name, age, country" (e.g. Tyler, 7, UK) and we always collect the minimum amount of information to do this. We do not pass this information on to anyone else. We will not display information such that a child can be located or contacted. We will not (and can not) use this information to contact the child. Content may be kept for up to 6 months before it is deleted.
• If a parent wants content to be removed, then contact us and we will remove it.
• When you submit a message through the "contact us" page we will respond to it as soon as possible and only use the supplied email address to send you a reply. The email address will then be deleted.

We collect the following information passively:

• We use Google Analytics to track which pages have been visited and for how long and from where in the world people are connecting from. This information does not allow us to identify a visitor to the site. We use it to generate statistical information mainly to find out what content is popular (so that we can create more of it!) and also things like what written languages we should support in the future.
• We may also possibly in the future supply general statistical information, such as the number of views of a particular game, to a third party. This will never include any information on the specific use by a specific user of the website.
